Divine New Beginnings Enrollment Agreement

Section I: Introduction

This agreement is made by and between the Founders of Divine New Beginnings and all those who choose to be apart of the Divine New Beginnings gifting program. It outlines the terms and conditions for enrollment in Divine New Beginnings.

The use of a Username and password to access Divine New Beginnings sites and systems is the equivalent of a legal signature and creates the same obligations for the User.

Section II: Purpose

The User enters into this agreement for the purpose of participating in this gifting program and agrees to give an unconditional gift with no expectation of anything in return User understands that their gift is a true gift, not a donation or an investment, or a consideration for compensation. Their gift is not a "share" of stock or bond in any organization, or a purchase of a "position" or "spot". They further agree that they are not purchasing a stake in any lottery or gambling apparatus.

Divine New Beginnings enters into this agreement for the purpose of providing the materials, support, and software needed to allow the user to give fully and unconditionally.

Section III: Terms of Enrollment

By submitting this form, the User will become a participant in Divine New Beginnings and will gain access to Divine New Beginnings gifting software and resources.

By submitting this form, the user agrees to the following:

They will report all errors immediately.
No one is allowed to invite with a flyer or postcard other than the ones authorized by the founders of Divine New Beginnings.
They will follow the terms put forth in the Terms Of Service (TOS).
They will not disclose any personal information of anyone they have blessed with a gift.

Section VI: Zero Tolerance Policy

There will be no other warnings for the following behaviors. You will immediately receive disciplinary action when caught or reported:

Spamming - Dictionary.com states that spamming is unsolicited e-mail, often of a commercial nature, sent indiscriminately to multiple mailing lists, individuals, or newsgroups; junk e-mail.

What this means is that spam is when you send emails to those who did not request it. If you get the email addresses from an opt in company (meaning that those who joined requested to receive this type of information) then that is fine. Other than that spamming is illegal and is not acceptable.

Soliciting - Since this is a private program we can not allow soliciting. An example of this would be to leave flyers on car windshields, at colleges, etc. You should only give flyers to people who have personally requested these through hearing about Divine New Beginnings or other means that do not include spamming, soliciting, or harassment.

Everyone will receive a non solicitation form stating that you were not solicited in any way. If this is not the case you need to contact us.

Harassing - This includes via phone, email, or mail. This is definitely not allowed. If someone is interested they will contact you. One phone call, email, and/or notice by mail should be enough. Anything more than that is considered harassment and the harasser will face consequences.

Section V: Termination of Agreement

If any participant chooses to end their participation in Divine New Beginnings, they need to request to be removed, all personal invitees will roll up to the next Inviter above them and all open Cycles will be assumed by Admin.
